TNCS-0022 - Handling High CPU and Memory Usage by the ChronoSyncBackgrounder
INTRODUCTION
Recently, an issue was discovered with ChronoSync, ChronoSync Express, and the Daylight Savings/Standard time changeover in certain geographic regions. It appears that North America is fine. The time change causes the ChronoSyncBackgrounder process to hang, consuming excessive CPU and memory while doing so. We have identified an issue with an older system API and have replaced it to resolve this problem. If you’re in a location that observes Daylight Savings/Standard time changes, and you are experiencing this problem, use the link below to install the latest release and resolve the hanging immediately:

- Update to the latest version of ChronoSync.
